• Prong & Setting Inspection: Annual check on current status of jewelry ensuring your diamonds are secure and intact.
• Resizing: We can increase or decrease the ring size by one. Other repairs differ from case to case, and we need to inspect the piece before we can undertake the same. The cost of such repairs will be informed to you prior to its acceptance and completion.

How to Avail the Service:

• Walk into any Proffini showroom or contact us for a servicing request with the original tax invoice.
• For online customers, we offer a pick-up and return service.
• All shipping and handling charges for sending the jewelry to and from our repair facility will be borne by the customer..
