  • Order Updates: We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped and keep you updated on any changes in delivery time.
  • Identity Verification: For your security, we will request identity proof for the person(s) receiving the parcel. Our logistics partner will deliver only to the specified person(s).
  • Insured Shipments: All Proffini products are shipped with insurance via our trusted carriers.
