Creating something this special takes time. Your custom Proffini jewellery piece will be ready and delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Can I cancel my personalized Proffini jewelry order? +
We understand that preferences evolve. While modifications can be made within the first 3 days, cancellations are not permitted due to the bespoke nature of Proffini’s custom piece.

Custom jewelry orders take 3-4 weeks, while ready-to-ship designs are delivered within 15 working days, plus 2 additional days for shipping.
Do you offer international shipping? +
Yes, Proffini offers secure and insured international shipping via trusted partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 7-10 working days, depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
What if my jewelry doesn’t fit or has a defect? +
We offer free resizing (within one or two sizes) for most pieces. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we will assess and repair it accordingly.
Will I receive a call before delivery? +
Yes, our logistics team will confirm recipient details before dispatch. A photo ID may be required upon delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery? +
Our courier partner will attempt one re-delivery. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and we will coordinate further arrangements.

Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date or time? +

Care & Repair
How do I take care of my jewelry? +
To keep your Proffini jewelry dazzling, clean it with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaners, and store pieces safely when not in use. Our white gold pieces are rhodium-plated for added shine and durability.
Does Proffini offer jewelry repair? +
Yes! We provide ring resizing (within one size) and repair services exclusively for Proffini jewelry. Repairs for non-Proffini pieces may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy? +
Proffini accepts returns for defective, damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly sized items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include certificates, warranties, and invoices. A 3% deduction applies for insurance and shipping costs. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 21 business days. Customized jewellery is not eligible for returns.
Do you offer exchange & buyback of the product? +
Proffini offers a 100% exchange policy on metal value and 80% on lab-grown diamond value for customers exchanging their jewelry. The exchanged item must include the original certificate, invoice, and warranty card and will undergo a quality check. Exchanges take 20 working days and are credited to your Proffini account for future purchases. For buybacks, Proffini provides 100% of the metal value and 80% of the diamond value, excluding labor, certification, and gemstone costs. Refunds are processed via RTGS/NEFT and require the original invoice, certificate, and valid ID.
