Returns policy
- Defective or Damaged Items - If your jewellery arrives with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping, you may return it for a full refund or exchange by providing the required evidence to the Proffini team.
- Incorrect Item - If you receive a different item than what you ordered, you can return it for the correct item or a full refund by providing the required evidences to the Proffini team.
- Size or Fit Issues – If you receive jewellery of a size different from the size ordered, such products can be returned or exchanged for the correct size.
- Proffini’s 7-days Return Policy is applicable only on available jewellery and NOT on Customised Jewellery.
- Unworn Condition: Returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition without any signs of wear or alteration.
- Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any certificates, warranties, and invoice copy of the product.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (offline purchases) / date of delivery (online purchases).
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at +91 9892300778 or customercare@proffini.com to initiate a return within 7-days from the date of delivery and obtain a return authorization number.
- Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please retain the tracking information for your records.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.
- In case of returns, Proffini deducts 3% of the product value to cover for the insurance and shipping costs incurred in delivering the product.
- In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
- In case of a refund request against the return, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer/ NEFT / RTGS to the customer’s bank account within 15 working days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
